Re: Jon Rappoport: 'FBI reopens Hillary email ....
Hobie, Here's a thought. The FBI director, Comey, could have stalled reopening the investigation long enough, hopefully, to allow Hillary to "win" the election, but not so long that the indictment would come in after Obama is out of office. That would allow Obama to pardon Hillary. I'm guessing that her handlers would claim that a pardon is the same as being innocent to begin with, and therefore she is still eligible for the nations highest office.
If only those in power worked as hard at making America, and the world a better place, as they do at finding loopholes to cover their illegal and immoral behavior. The Clinton's obviously have a small army of lawyers and attorneys (are they the same thing?) working night and day to cover their crimes and facilitate new ones.
Just a side note: Attorneys always claim a lay person can not practice law, especially before the court, because we are not licensed. I contend, as do others, that a BAR card is not a license, but merely a union card. In Nevada, there are 54 professions that are licensed by the state. Lawyer/Attorney is not one of them.
I was confronted outside the courtroom by an attorney because I appeared as a "friend of the court" simply to inform the judge that there was another parallel case before the court in a week or two. Depending on the outcome of that case, the instant case might simply go away.
As soon as I stood and addressed the court, the judge asked me if I was licensed by the BAR. I replied that I was not, that I was appearing as a "friend of the court" to perhaps save the court some time. She told me to sit down, I could not practice law without a license. I persisted until I was threatened with contempt.
Later, outside the courtroom, the opposing counsel confronted me and told me I could not practice law without a license. I replied, "why not? You do." Whereupon, eight or nine attorneys waiting outside an adjacent courtroom turned their attention to me. Fortunately, probably, one of the attorneys was an acquaintance and hurried over, took me by the arm and asked if she could speak to me in private, thus diffusing an escalating confrontation.
