I believe there is error in this statement:

An adult living free will man (m or f) is a mind, a non-physical process, that exists within a human animal brain within a human vessel/body.

In maritime type international law, a man's mind is the supreme commander/captain of the vessel in which it exists.

However, with a mind not being of the physical realm it cannot have an identifying name/label.

It can only, through physical senses, recognize a call to attention from an outside source by an appellation.

Thus a human applied name can only be an appellation, and a family or clan name can only be a referential name to clarify the appellation name for the receiving mind whether directed
to the recipient or to a 3rd party.

The trickery of the State is the conversion of the family name into a 'sur' or primary name, and, with it being imposed upon a money value certificate(as are all certificates) by the State, it becomes intellectual property claimed/copyright by the State.

Then, if the human uses that State name, identifies himself as being one and the same as that corporate State owned name, the legal maxim, accessio cedit principali, comes into play, making the human user State Property.

Property has no unalienable rights, and is subject only to the bundle of rights existing within the property right of the owner of the property - the right to own, use, sell, bequeath and hypothecate.

It is the latter that the State and UNITED STATES uses/used when making Americans debtor chattel to the Vatican's banksters in the bankruptcy of the corporate UNITED STATES and its sub-corporate States - thus the income and most other taxes.

Relative to the two Constitutions, they are of a different nature and purpose.

The first is a 'terms of contract' for the bodies politic that was/were to provide administration of America.

The 'contract' was to be supervised by the 'Committee of the States' (Article 5 of the Articles of Confederation) for compliance and error by the corporate bodies politic.

The 1871 Constitution of the United States is the Articles of Incorporation of the United States and the post Civil War subordinated States of America (identified by the double cap identifier).

An Articles of Incorporation is the maritime (ship's) guidelines/rules for the operation of the vessel/State, instituted by the owner of the vessel

(Here, it is the Pope of Rome). However, we constantly see the 'notwithstanding rule' of all vessels(corporate make-believe vessels) being invoked by the POTUS/Captain of the vessel and its officers.

That rule says: The captain, or designated officer my disregard any rules when he DEEMS it necessary for the good of the ship/vessel.
