I vote they are behind it.
Judging from the tone of the 'reporting' and the source of the report, it appeared to be a double layered threat.
It looked to me like DHS/NSA carried out a directive from on high, and the report is a threat to anyone who challenges the official propaganda line of the criminal Kabbal controlling NSA/DHS.
It wouldn't be the first time a 'government employee' used official channels to carry out a personal vendetta against the CEO of a corporation.
The entire existence of the Kabbal depends lies, propaganda, false flags, and extortion.
The NSA/DHS is there to insure the propaganda lines are not challenged, such as the recent censoring of the Sandy Hoax exposure.
Neither the NSA or the DHS, have anything to do with securing the usa from unwanted predators.
The NSA and the DHS are the unwanted predators serving the Corporate USI Kabbal.
