Norwegian army announced on Tuesday that it made shot of Russian fleet, including the aircraft carrier observed along the Norwegian coast on the way to the eastern Mediterranean.

Stationed at Severomorsk in the Barents Sea, the carrier Admiral Kuznetsov and seven ships accompanying him were recorded on Monday in international waters around Norway.

"We received information that they are moving towards the Mediterranean," said military spokeswoman Elisabeth Eikeland.

"It's not often that so many vessels in the group takes about Norway," she added.

Russia on Saturday said it would Amiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier from the Soviet era, strengthen Russian military presence in the eastern Mediterranean, where Russian troops participating in the war in Syria.

The Kremlin on Tuesday announced immediate cessation of air strikes Russian and Syrian army to Aleppo as a "gesture of goodwill".
