The three "pre-commitment" code strings in the above post apparently do not refer to the 2013 Wikileaks "insurance" files, but instead to material to be released in the future. Wikileaks has apparently not revealed what they are for yet. They may be SHA-256 hashes. Such hashes can be generated for any file and serve to identify it as being authentic, because it is considered impossible to modify a file and still have it generate the same hash.
