Thanks, Hobie! Here is my comment: Concerning CDC Docket Number CDC-2016-0068: I’m totally against this harmful and illegal
plan. So is the vast majority of American citizens, judging from the tenor of the preceding
comments. The decision of any person to allow, or to not allow, a vaccine into their own body or
their child’s body is a matter of personal and parental choice. There is no place for “forced
vaccinations” in a free society, particularly in view of the damaging new medical information
now coming to light regarding the heretofore undisclosed vaccine dangers, and the

misrepresentations, fraud, and illegal destruction of documents surrounding the pro-vaccine
mainstream news narrative, as revealed by the documentary film “Vaxxed”.
Many individuals and parents may choose to refuse a vaccine, because of the profound medical
risks to children of lifetime autism, and in view of the long standing American constitutional
right to refuse medical treatments.
First, there is a well recognized constitutional right to refuse medical treatments, because of
fundamental liberty and privacy interests in our own bodies, and in view of the general principles
of informed consent to medical treatments. See such United States Supreme Court cases as Mills
v. Rogers, 457 U.S. 291 (1982), (curtailing the involuntary administration of anti-psychotic drugs
to mental patients), Vacco v. Quill, 521 U.S. 793 (1997) (constitutionality of an assisted suicide
ban), Washington v. Harper, 494 U.S. 210 (1990), and Sell v United States, 539 U.S. 166 (2003)
(upholding certain strict due process protections before any involuntary administration of
anti-psychotic drugs to incarcerated prisoners can be made).
I recently saw the movie "Vaxxed", and was truly horrified as the truth (and lies), being told to all
of us about the safety of certain vaccines. The truth was totally revealed, through a physician
whistleblower at the CDC who recently confessed that CDC employees had actually illegally
destroyed documents, and tampered with data, which showed a clear link between the "triple"
M-M-R vaccine administered to infants 12 to 18 months old, and with instant onset autism. The
“Vaxxed” national tour bus is in Atlanta this weekend, and their schedule, as well as the movie

Also, the "Vaccine Court" has paid out $3 billion in damages for vaccine injured children to date!
Of course, if vaccines were so safe, why did the Vaccine Court pay out over $3 billion in
damages to proven cases of vaccine-injured children? There are obviously profound risks.
The testimonies of the many parents are compelling, as is the testimony of a Nobel Prize
winning physician, as well as the video evidence of the timing of the onset of the serious
symptoms of autism in the film, immediately after a vaccination, including loss of speech, loss of
walking, convulsions, loss of learning abilities, and loss of control of bodily functions,
awareness, and cognition. Very illuminating. Also, there is also a second documentary film now
out, "Silent Epidemic, The Untold Story of Vaccinations" on this subject. Unlike “Big Pharma”,
there is no profit motive for these parents, doctors, and filmmakers to lie to the public.

demonstrating a link between autism and vaccines, and a link to a short video of the CDC chief
actually conceding in effect a link in perhaps as many as 20% of cases/children. I hate being lied

Finally, in the recent case of Garcia v. N.Y.C. Dep't of Health & Mental Hygiene, 2016 NY Slip
Op 6559 (N.Y. App. Div., 2016), the Appellate Court rejected and struck down a “forced
vaccination” regulatory scheme, holding that it improperly intruded upon the functions of the
Legislature. Therefore, the agency exceeded its regulatory authority.
One must concede that there is definitely ample legitimate grounds for anyone to choose to refuse
to consent to a vaccine to be administered to an infant, or to an adult, in view of the undeniable
and profound lifetime health risks documented above. Regardless, it is the absolute constitutional
right of the individual to choose, for whatever reasons. The CDC should not exceed its regulatory
authority by pursuing this extremely ill-advised plan. It is the wrong thing to do, and could harm
millions of children and adults. Hopefully the CDC will see the light, and do the right thing.
