The initial portion of Fulford's article happens to cut off just before the remainder of the sentence shows he was reporting what he'd been told by CIA sources. Here's the whole sentence:

The recent Hurricane Mathew scam (the hurricane only existed in Khazarian mafia controlled media, not in the real world) was carried out do that

the Khazarian mafia could make some money by short selling stocks in insurance companies, CIA sources say.

One could argue, perhaps, that Ben should have expressed some disbelief as he was reporting this, but the point is that he was informing readers about what his sources were saying.

Which is not unlike what we're doing at RMN much of the time. :) A large percentage of posts here in the Reading Room consist of or are built on "what someone is saying".
