Updated Stories Dispute Some Former Accounts of Woman on Fire

Since this tragic story of the burning death of Jessica Chambers erupted it has gotten lots of attention and more articles dispute whether the victim was on fire when she spoke to arriving first responders. This link is on an article which suggests she was not on fire at the time help arrived when she spoke to them.

The bigger question so many viewers must have is WHY? Why are such gruesome attacks happening to persons who seem to be rather harmless and innocuous?
