Hardly anybody talks about Hillary maybe being arrested.

When looking at the 911 clip she keeps her arms on her back...if that alone wouldn't be strange, in this moment she has trouble standing up and/or walking. The normal/reflex thing to do is use your arms to find balance or support. She keeps them tight behind her back....very strange
