Pleasure or Pain is not the intent of the desire. Expression of idea is the intent of desire. This is the part where you say that will has been programmed to express desire. Which is another attempt to say that an individual entity does not have control over its life, because it is programmed. So, following that logic, the next question to ask is: What is the point of life, if you are not free to do as you please? If everything about your existence is already set out for you, what's the point?

Is it? Human-will seeks many things, some of which is not pleasurable. I already stated this. You glossed over it.

Is your life a pre-planned event? If so, then why bother raising this discussion, repeatedly? You won't make a difference, if everything is programmed already. Its all planned, right?

Can a program/performance be anything other than an effect? If desire precedes and will leads to a performance of an act, then a performance is not preceding the will. If desire changes, was that also planned/programmed? If one desires/wills/acts to experience pain, does that still fit the "program"?

Choice is always available, even after inertia/momentum is in play. Everything is changeable. "Free" implies changeable. This world is an illusion of motion, by desire of mind. Motion by its very nature is constantly changing. If you want to label something as a program, then it should be the present physical construct. Not the will of the rider.

Every reason is based upon the context within which the choice is made. If we are talking about the previous choices that have resulted in specific physical conditions, then you are saying, the program is the previous choices. This is the same as saying the program is set by choice, or will. If the program is set by will, then the will is not programmed, it is the programmer.

The reason is desire. Desire is not a program. Desire is of the Mind. The mind is eternal, the physical world is an illusion of motion, powered by the desire of mind. The Will is the mind navigating within the previously created construct.
