It doesn't matter whether there are massive job layoffs, or Hanjin has filed for bankruptcy just before the busy holiday season, or that ITT Tech announces that it is shutting down operations that affects 40,000 students, or that the EU wants to force Apple to pay 13 billion euros in back taxes to Ireland.

News stories such as these and economic fundamentals have had no effect on today's highly manipulated and fraudulent stock market. Government statistics on the economy are misleading, at best, while the Fed has kept the liquidity spigots wide open to ensure that the incumbent party's presidential candidate is (pre-s)elected this fall.

If the divine Mrs. C. is physically unable to complete her run for the White House and the Soros-backed BLM minions create so much havoc and mayhem to trigger martial law and suspension of the elections, what's the point of keeping the market at an all-time high?
