Re: Is a Corporate US Congress Necessary?

If you would read Article 5 of the US Articles of Confederation, you would find the solution for the control of the incorporated UNITED STATES and its sub-corporate bodies politic that was provided by the US Founding Fathers.

The solution can be compared to a church congregation having a church-house built by a building company contractor.

The congregation appoints what is commonly called an 'architectural committee' to oversee the project and the fulfilling of the building contract by the builder company.

Through the deviousness of the owner of the corporate body (the Pope of Rome), the UNITED STATES, that Article 5 was never allowed to be instituted in America.

A fellow from Wisconsin led a group attempting to have Article 5 instituted in the early 1980s, Roger Elvik, was imprisoned for 'sedition' for 10 years without a trial, and others, such as myself, had their careers and lives destroyed by the IRS and FBI, for just being on a list of prospective candidates for State membership of the Committee of the States.

Sedition is another word for 'mutiny', or planning for it.

And, since, incorporated bodies are make-believe vessels at sea, the over-ruling of the corporation or 'captain' of the vessel is an unlawful in maritime law.

Thus, the provision of Article 5 is counter to maritime law, as the captain of a vessel is always 'supreme commander'.

The reason it was not instituted in the 1780 was not understood in the 1980s, and obviously, Americans are still ignorant of Article 5 and what it would have meant for the American people to have had such a means to control incorporated government.

Article V.

For the more convenient management of the general interests of the united states, delegates shall be annually appointed in such manner as the legislature of each state shall direct, to meet in Congress on the first Monday in November, in every year, with a power reserved to each state to recall its delegates, or any of them, at any time within the year, and to send others in their stead, for the remainder of the Year.

No State shall be represented in Congress by less than two, nor by more than seven Members; and no person shall be capable of being delegate for more than three years, in any term of six years; nor shall any person, being a delegate, be capable of holding any office under the united states, for which he, or another for his benefit receives any salary, fees or emolument of any kind.

Each State shall maintain its own delegates in a meeting of the states, and while they act as members of the committee of the states.

In determining questions in the united states, in Congress assembled, each state shall have one vote.

Freedom of speech and debate in Congress shall not be impeached or questioned in any Court, or place out of Congress, and the members of congress shall be protected in their persons from arrests and imprisonments, during the time of their going to and from, and attendance on congress, except for treason, felony, or breach of the peace.
