Einstein was 'uncomfortable' with Quantum theory but he did contribute to it. From 1905 to 1923, he was one of the only scientists to take seriously the existence of light quanta, or photons. He was strongly opposed to the new version of quantum mechanics developed by Heisenberg and Schroedinger. Einstein led the opposition to what he called 'reckless' quantum mechanics. He was thus both a major contributor to and a major critic of quantum theory. If he had lived longer he would have changed his mind, or created a new field that we have yet to discover.

As impressive as this seems, it is still below primitive. It fails to address the most significant thing in the universe and that is the quantum reality. Using electricity is a major drawback in achieving major computing power. No significant achievements will be made on Earth until we rise above the use of electricity.

Einstein's theory of relativity is a major failure because it failed to address the quantum reality.

Matter can be programed at the molecular level and this is exactly what the ETs do, who visit our planet. Their ships contain no wires because nothing communicates using electricity. The beings in the ships, communicate with their quantum computers mentally. They no longer use any written language but can talk. They are fluently telepathic.

As an example of molecular programing; a piece of matter that can be held in your hand, can be programed to vibrate at the molecular level. This produces heat and is powerful enough to heat a personal dwelling, forever with no maintenance.
The ETs fully intend to share their technology with Earth but not until the elite are out of the picture. The ETs are benevolent and "oppose deception of any kind". They would never give their technology to a planet that is run in an oppressive/tyrannical manner, such as Earth.

They have predicted the total collapse of world systems with the ensuing chaos and suffering. This will happen in the next few years because of the horrible management of our planet. When everything falls apart, the ETs will step in and help the people but not the elite. The elite will no longer control Earth but the people will be helped to correct the many messes caused by them.

These ETs are as powerful as they are benevolent. There are other ETs that are not benevolent but they dare not challenge the ones who are here to help Earth transition to a higher level.
One planet that went through what Earth is currently going through, just 275 years ago, is now among the contingent of ships helping Earth in it's transition. Most planets that get this kind of help, decide to join the team that assists planets advance to a higher level.
