I read Veterans Today regularly and find most of their articles timely, accurate and well written, but I, too, have taken issue with Gordie's Trump trashing. I asked on their comment page who Gordie prefers for the presidential spot but have seen no reply. Is Mr. Trump perfect? Of course not. No human being is perfect in any way, with the possible exception that some are perfect assholes. Donald Trump has made mistakes, he has said some things that I think would have been better left unsaid, but overall, I think he is the best chance to start repairing America. I know he will not accomplish all that he wishes, simply because of the "perfect assholes" in Congress. But he at least has the desire, he has a plan, and he has experience in running a large corporation, which is what the U.S. gov't is. Will he fix it in four years? Or eight? Hell, no. The present regime has done so much damage to America I'm not sure it will all be repaired, ever. I've let Gordie know what I think, not that he really cares, and can only suggest that Mr. Trump somehow offended, or slighted Gordon Duff sometime in the past. Meanwhile, we'll all vote for The Donald and hope for the best. (The best would probably be Bill, Hillary and Chelsea behind bars for a very, very long time.)
