Beings that are helping Earth in it's transition to Level 1, do not hold any contempt for it's populace and describe our situation as somewhat typical of a Level 0 planet in early transition. Just 6 years ago the humans that were Level 1 or Level 1 ready, was 5%; today it is 30% but has not increased for over a year.
Those that remain at Level 0 (70%) have been categorized into two groups. Two planets have been designated for these humans; one being 3000 years more primitive than Earth and the other 500 years more primitive. Both are in the same galactic quadrant as Earth and both need population. None of the 70% can reincarnate on Earth because planet Earth has already elevated to Level 1. Of course our planet is a living being.

Everyone is somewhere on the ladder of consciousness development. What cheers me up is the fact that beings much more developed than us, do not look down on us but rather actively assist with our development. They liken us to babies and we must be protected and nurtured, so we can grow up. The advanced ETs helping Earth transition, do so because it is the right thing to do and it accelerates their own consciousness development.
When our world systems collapse and human suffering reaches a high level, the ETs will openly intervene to help. They have no aggressive agenda and certainly do not want to take over Earth. Assisting planets to develop, is what they do.

The bases are covered and the elite will become irrelevant, along with their tyrannical form of governance. December 21, 2012 was the start of the transition and our friends will assure nothing prevents humans from entering a new age.

The ETs are well aware of the stupidity that takes place because their planets went through the same growth phase that humans are now struggling with now.
