All Earth nuclear arsenals have been effectively disabled for decades. Nuclear launches have occurred but were disabled in flight. Our planet is being watched very closely and if a launch occurs, an interceptor that can travel 100 miles per second,
is also launched and it renders the nuclear weapon ineffective. This type of interception has happened more than once.

Earth is in transition from Level 0 to Level 1 and has joined a galactic community, as of Dec. 21, 2012. The ETs are protecting Earth in many ways.

They will not allow nuclear war because it would ruin the development of Earth. Compared to them, we are like babies and if you don't protect the babies, how can they grow up? The elite are in their death throes and they will become irrelevant. When the world systems collapse and chaos ensues,the ETs will intervene to help the world populace. What we are seeing now, is the beginning of the end for the elite.
