ETs have had a base at Antarctica for a very long time. They are benevolent. The base is 12x200 miles and is hidden by a steam curtain. They are members of a galactic community that has jurisdiction over Earth for the past 10,000 years. They describe our technology as "below primitive". They tell us that there is a large amount of anticarbon at Antarctica, that came from a collision with a space rock, millions of years ago. Anticarbon is the base material used to produce the drives for there ships. Ships with this type of drive are not allowed to be back engineered by humans, for several reasons. First of all, our technology is not advanced enough to do anything with anticarbon drives. Secondly, if one of these drives were opened it would produce a black hole that would swallow Earth. If one of these ships crashes on Earth it is retrieved by those at the Antarctica base. They have been forced to take back these ships by force or threat to humans who possessed them. They won't let us play with anything that dangerous.

When things really fall apart and the planet becomes chaos with great suffering, the ETs will openly assist us. They tell us that the elite have only a short time before they mismanage the planet to the point that chaos ensues. They are preventing nuclear war, large CMEs hitting Earth and holding off major natural Earth changes. Earth is in transition from Level 0 to Level 1 since Dec. 21, 2012. The living planet Earth is already Level 1 as reflected in the risen Schumann Resonance. Level 0 souls will no longer be born on Earth and so the transition cannot be reversed.
