In response to the article, it is correct in court and legally. People have no constitutional rights because our rights are covered in the Bill of Rights.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights (the Amendments) are two separate documents legally and lawfully. The Constitution covers National government and States operate together and the Bill of Rights deal with the rights of individuals. People need to understand this especially if they try to use the "I have a Constitutional right" in court. As soon as those words leave your mouth, you have already lost. The proper way of stating your right is to say that "My right to such and such is protected in the Bill of Rights".

Just because they are printed together does not mean they are one document. They were ratified in different years. Check your history.

Also, the corporate policy statement is what is laid out by the constitution. The bill of rights was put in there to calm the members of the population. Because the people were right to fear the domination construct being laid before them.

The constitution and the bill of rights, does not give people their rights, not that you were implying that. So, people don't have constitutional rights. They are naturally born with obvious abilities. The attempt to calm the people with the bill of rights, is typically described as: The constitution and bill of rights were to restrain the government, to give it its delegated powers and also define its limits. Its proper relationship, is with the states only. Its supposed purpose and intent for existence, was to deal with state-to-state relationships, and international state-to-international state relationships. Let us recall, also, that before the constitution was the articles of confederation, and before that was nothing. Did the population have any say in these yokes put on them? Does that make them legit?

People are not subject to words written on paper, nor to fictional entities known as corporations. But they tend to forget that, and that is how "governments" gain control.
