I have spent many years doing legal research both for myself and several Attorney's. I have just spent the past 12 to 15 hrs reading the transcripts of the Grand jury testimony.
From the witness testimony. It appears that officer Wilson did in fact intentional shoot Mr.Brown in the head killing him.
What appears to have happen is Brown had been shot and wounded He turned back toward officer Wilson with one arm completely across his body in a fashion that shows he was in some type of hurt. His other arm and hand was extended out in front of him in a defensive fashion as he was slipping to the ground officer Wilson shot him in the head killing him.
