I have read that the "Police" were first created around 1830 to protect the corrupt people in the city government of New York. The so called police beat the people that were protesting the corrupt city government. The police are only a little less than a real military enforcing the Codes and rules of the ruling Elite. I think it is the third Amendment that prohibits the quartering of troops. There is a quartering of these police troops in every city. The original intent referred to troops in barracks in towns and not necessarily in homes. The use of police to protect the public is only a part time job for them. The black robed Supreme's have said that the police have no obligation to protect the public. Have you noticed how every available policeman comes out to protect an Elitist dignitary when they come to town? The police in all flavors are there to keep you in line. With out the police, the Elite would have no power.
