I can't comment on Merkel's bloodline, nor on the White Dragon Society, since nobody but Fulford ever mentions it.
But I can comment on the 'sign of Horus', i.e., the Eye in the Triangle. You can do this at home with no equipment.

Form an upright triangle by joining the tips of your thumbs at the level of your lips, forming the base, and touching your fingertips together to represent the sides. Just below the apex of the triangle, but underneath your skull, lies the pineal gland. The pineal is rather mysterious in several ways. It seems to be a master gland that regulates all others, and some believe it acts as intermediary between the brain's two hemispheres (see Graham Hancock). The pineal also releases melatonin. And in the occult world, it represents the Aijna Chakra, the Third Eye, the center of psychic powers as the "All-Seeing Eye."
Chronic exposure to fluoride causes the pineal gland to deteriorate.

Merkel's hands form a downward-pointing triangle. I either don't know what that signifies, or am not allowed to tell you.
