Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama said that Germany should not become an Arab country and that refugees from Muslim countries should be only temporarily be accept to Europe.

Dalai Lama in an interview with Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung said that the person who is in better financial position has a responsibility to help the refugees, but "on the other hand, in the meantime there became too much of them".

"Europe, for example Germany, can not become an Arab country. Germany is Germany," said the Tibetan spiritual leader who lives in exile in India.

As he pointed out, and from the moral point of view, refugees should receive only temporary exile.

"The goal should be for them to return and help in the reconstruction of their own countries," added the Dalai Lama.

Asked to comment on the increased anti-Islamic atmosphere in Europe, he warned that not all Muslims should be put in the same basket.

"The Muslim and small groups are the ones who are killing each other in their own countries, and those are the Shiites and the Sunnis. They do not represent all of Islam and all of Muslims," ​​he said, adding that the main message of the Islam, is the same as in any other religion, love each other.

According to him, the bad people live among the Buddhists, Christians, Jews and Hindus.

"We should not condemn the entire Muslim world only on the basis of some tragic events, which arise from a small number of Muslims," ​​concluded the Dalai Lama.
