Title 26, the Income Tax, is 'policy' of the slave owner, and is adjudicated as 'harm' to the slave owner by the owned plantation slaves.

The 1939 cancellation of the Internal Revenue Code was likely done in recognition of the fact that it was an unconstitutional act as an act of Congress. However, property right litigation is superior to Congressional acts.

The American people were made plantation slaves by their accepting a State owned name as an identifying name, where only

that converted all Americans into plantation slaves subject to 'property right' controls over them, and negating all natural law rights.

The litigation against the slave who fails/refuses to account for the fruits of his labor (income that belongs to the State slave owner) - failure to file, and hiding/stealing the slave owner's property (the fruits of the labor of the slave) - tax evasion, is considered an act of 'harm' to the slave owner warranting punishment to the wayward slave. The corporate courts follow the edicts as was laid out in the 1850 Federal Fugitive Slave Act - especially as stated in Section 6 of that Act of Congress, last sentence:

"In no trial or hearing under this act shall the testimony of such alleged fugitive be admitted in evidence; and the certificates in this and the first [fourth] section mentioned, shall be conclusive of the right of the person or persons in whose favor granted, to remove such fugitive to the State or Territory from which he escaped, and shall prevent all molestation of such person or persons by any process issued by any court, judge, magistrate, or other person whomsoever."
