There is already a large human population on Mars. The air contains 18% oxygen and the water, trapped in the ground, has been liberated into the atmosphere. Humans got there in back engineered anti gravity ships. with the help of some reptilians. The first level elite moved to Mars because they realized they had lost control of Earth. What we see happening now, are the death throes of the remaining elite. Their plan was to kill 6.5 billion humans with various forms of genocide but benevolent ETs have stopped them repeatedly. The Earth based elite are becoming increasingly desperate and have resorted to creating chaos by immigration and have continued a less effective chemtrails program. I say less effective because the ETs prevented the very lethal material from harming us. The elite continue with poison vaccines, shoddy big pharma and destructive GMO crops. Anything coming from NASA is a lie. Earth is alive and has already risen to Level 1 frequency and only Level 1 or higher souls can reincarnate here now. Most humans are Level 0, so the higher consciousness humans being born, will be the driving force to bring planet systems, fully to Level 1.
