We did have many reptilians living in the subterranean cities on Earth but they have all left. They partnered with the elite and moved with the upper elite level to Mars, where there are now cities of humans/reptilians. These reptilians are a nefarious breed but many species are not like this. It's a big universe. Earth is now fully under the wing of benevolent ETs. They have stated clearly that they oppose deception of all kinds. They are Service To Other(STO) beings who assist planets to develop. One reason they do it is for personal development. Practicing love or service to others, causes a being to grow in consciousness. As it turns out, our ability to love increases as we grow in critical consciousness or conscientization.

The ETs that are here now belong to a galactic community that has had responsibility for Earth for the past 10,000 years. They protect us from many dangers, including large rocks from colliding with Earth. They have told us that there was an ELE on our planet 13,000 years ago and that all kinds of life was reseeded 12,000 years ago. Everyone alive on Earth today is a descendant of that seeding.

They help planets but have clearly told us that we must do the heavy lifting. They will help with technology and coach us but we must be the doers. They win active participants by helping and not by force. They view us rightly as babies and want to help us grow up. It is hard not to bond with those that show us love and demand nothing in return. I realize how skeptical everyone on Earth will be, given our history of mass deception and abuse of the populace. The elite of Earth are on their way out and that is why the upper level elite moved to Mars. Things will not fare well for the remaining elite on Earth unless they have a change of heart and that does not appear likely.
