Hi Swami. There is a fifth level alien that visits Earth regularly and my discernment says he is 100% legitimate. He is here to help prepare for the Earth transition from Level 0 to Level 1. He has told us that there are no police on the three inhabited planets in his solar system. They have no money and people simply go and get what they need. No one is obligated to work but everyone who works chooses what they want to do and that is what they do. Everyone works because no one wants to be idle and all have interests expressed through the jobs they do. There is no class system and everyone has full access to the same standard of living. Leaders are chosen by merit and they are able to scan auras to access suitability. They take vacations when feel the need. They choose the time of their death, never a surprise. No one on their planets is in need of anything. They travel between galaxies to assist planets transition to higher levels. There are 10 levels in 3D. They assist others in need to advance in conscientization because it is the right thing to do and it increases the rate that they grow in consciousness. They are in no way aggressive but possess technology that prevents nefarious types from showing aggression towards them. They have told us that there are millions of galactic communities in our universe and the one they belong to is the youngest at 18 million years. Although they have been responsible for Earth for 10,000 years, Earth officialy joined them on Dec. 21, 2012. They have described many of the changes that will occur after the elite are moved out of the way and lose all power. They made it clear that all changes will be done by humans and the galactic community will provide assistance and coaching. They never take over any planet that they give assistance to but most planets choose to join the work to help other planets get a leg up and so the galactic community grows. For the past 10,000 years they have been protecting Earth from any ELE. There was an ELE on Earth 13,000 years ago and the planet was reseeded with all kinds of life 12,000 years ago. They tell us that all humans alive on Earth today are descendants of that reseeding. They have added a planet(taus or Enoch) to our solar system that came from the Pleiades. It is a Saturn size planet and has a very large population of humanoids. Humans share much DNA with these beings. They will be the coaches for Earth to bring it up to speed. taus is fully encapsulated and takes on energy when near a star. It is in orbit of our Sun now and has the ability to negate gravity influence on the other solar system planets. There was some mention of gravity tunneling. The planet is cloaked. Already some of the Taus humanoids have visited Earth but open exchanges will happen after the elite are no longer in control. I have been following this for over 5 years and numerous humans have signed up as volunteers to assist with the shock of spaceships appearing, landing etc. The highest level beings in this galactic community are the Krulians who are eighth level. They have a visible white aura around their head, that a dog can see. They are the ones that moved Nibiru out of the way to avoid devastation to Earth. They are also preventing CME's from occurring in the direction of Earth. In general they are doing many more things to assist our planet because helping planets is what they do. They have the biggest ships that show up ever so often near the Sun. The galactic community grows in size because those that are helped and are required to give nothing back, want to join, when they are advanced enough and help other planets develop. Nothing is done by coercion and our friends tell us that they are fundamentally opposed to deception of any kind and it does not exist in the galactic community. Earth has been taken under the wing of some wonderful friends. Love is a verb and that is exactly what they are practicing. Cheers
