As Predicted, the Killers of Student Get Lesser Charges

The high school student who was killed as result of a bathroom fight was, at one point, down on her knees being punched. According to that cell phone video it is clear she had become unable to defend herself, yet these brutes who killed her were still delivering the fatal blows. As this editor predicted, the charges against one killer are only in the negligent homicide range. The other participants in the killing are reportedly getting only misdemeanor charges.
Somehow this editor knew they would downplay this incident if at all possible....pre-existing health condition, unfortunate accidental death, blah-blah-blah, etc.. Horsepuckey!
This editor has told you and told you and told you to GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS. If your kids receive less of what is now considered education at least they might survive it!
