This image shown below from the website is a natural occurrence of weather. This one below is of a storm front. There are often cloud formations in Australia like this when the seasons alter especially across northern Australia.

We sometimes get huge dust storms like this at summertime.

If people would realize the existence of the glass sky above us then they may come to realize how the weather can be manipulated as is being done so often. The man made energy beams are bounced off the inside of the glass sky and directed to the location desired.

It does not take any great measure of intelligence to figure this out. The glass sky aka the ionosphere is the piece of the puzzle missing to most people.
