It celebrates the end of winter, the return of the sun, and planting time. The Roman bunch who co-opted Christianity and turned it into a slave religion built their holidays around pagan ones. Winter Solstice became Christmas, and the return of the Sun turned into Easter.

As for Michelle's dress, I can barely make out a design that could represent Baphomet, or just as easily the Ram of Aries. Or something entirely different. If it does represent Baphomet, that still does not make her a practitioner of evil magic.

Its origins are over 12,000 years ago, and it represents a whirling force of life, of nature. The Nazis of course used it differently.
