Could it be that that the lava flow mentioned below has found a way around subterranean blockages and now coming close to the surface?

In April of 2006 I was attending a workshop in Mexico and the leader of the workshop was explaining about upcoming earth changes, indigenous prophecies and the rise in humanity's consciousness.

Due to the contacts this man and his work had been put in touch with, he was privy to information not widely known outside certain circles. One of the topics he was covering in regards to ancient prophecies was earth changes and it led him to tell the group that he was told by military scientists that they were aware of a huge river of molten lava streaming north from Mexico into southern California.

This lava flow was moving to a place underneath the southern Sierra Nevada mountains, essentially underneath Yosemite National Park. But here the molten flow is stopping and collecting. The problem, the scientists told him, was that the southern Sierra is huge batholith, a giant single piece of rock that extends for hundreds of miles. The molten flow is pooling here and gaining pressure because there is no way for the pressure to be released. According to my teacher, the military scientists told him that if this lava pool exploded, most of California and the 6 states lying to the east would be completely annihilated.

So concerned are the military, they supposedly have drawn up a plan to actually detonate a nuclear device deep in the earth in Northern Mexico in an attempt to divert the magma flow away from the Sierra Nevada.

As an aside, this man told us that he intuitively felt other things would take place upon the planet before such an event could transpire. He was talking about 45 or so different criteria that certain scientists are monitoring that would point towards "irrevocable biological collapse". Any one of these criteria that became out of balance would cause a chain reaction of biological failures elsewhere in the chain of life. According to the scientists he had conversations with, 44 of these criteria were quantifiably getting worse.

Part of the workshop was simply to prepare ourselves spiritually for the coming changes and these events were discussed as indicators or signposts of these changes.
