15 years was the nature of my last remission; it was nice to feel normal again. It was more than the Benadryl that caught my eye; but indeed feel if it comes between no sleep and Benadryl go for the Benadryl. I did attempt to use several of the natural sources of sleep aid to no avail and found some of them made me ill. Most likely a natural and not-so-natural illness known as Morgellons in combat in the body.

I'm slowly weaning off of Benadryl as the poison leaves my body. One of the affects of the poison was that my normally straight Asian looking hair (albeit medium golden blonde) is now very permed looking and has been that way for the last 8 years. Grey hair I have a little, in the front and a few strands by my ears but not much. It is fairly common knowledge that grey hair is structurally altered hair and the replacing in the body of certain nutrients fixes this ailment. Yet, I do not have enough grey for that to be the correct answer for an entire alteration of my hair. Seriously several people in my family who have my normal hair type have asked where I got my hair done so they could copy. I advised against it:)
