This post today by Lymerick could endanger the financial and legal well being of a RMN reader who may attempt to make use of the info provided in the video.

The 'legal' name game scheme has the American man or woman assume, accept or falsely otherwise to believe that they are one and the same as the name on the birth certificate where the family name has been designated as being a primary or 'sur' name.

That BC name is intellectual property owned by the State where the human baby was born or if an immigrant, the State of entry. Unauthorized use of that BC (nom de guerre format) name automatically makes that user human a property/human slave owned by the State and since all the States are sub-corporations of the corporate UNITED STATES, makes them US Citizens/human slaves owned by yhe corporate UNITED STATES as per the false 14th Amendment of the corporate Constitution OF the United States.

Thus, the income tax is enforced and collected as a property right of the UNITED STATES, and not as a statutory rule. The parts of Title 26 USC having to do with personal income tax is policy of the slave owner under the property right, which is superior to legislated or Constitutional rights.

That property which is in possession of an owned slave is the property of the slave owner to collect and use as the slave owner sees fit. A slave failing or refusing to pay over property/fruits of labor property (income) is guilty of 'pseudo' tax evasion. A slave who fails/refuses to file a 'tax return' is guilty of not accounting for the fruits of that slave's primary possessed property - his labor.
