Totally absurd but not surprising. I fully expect that the FDA will ultimately lose a legal challenge to such an arbitrary and unconstitutional rule - but not before spending large amounts of taxpayer dollars and costing CBD makers very large legal fees. The fact that the FDA has lost multiple times on similar challenges won't deter them - they have unlimited taxpayer dollars to spend and the backing of their true masters, Big Pharma.
