SAFETY BULLETIN - Another Jogger Mauled to Death by Large Dogs - Victim Begged for Life as He Bled to Death

News reports are literally full of incidents where joggers and walkers are attacked, some fatally. As if Bankster Austerity and the loss of a real dollar isn't enough to compound the blues of inflation, we have a growing problem in America which has probably evolved due to more demands for security against gangs and home invasions. The modern phenomenon of dogs getting loose and attacking people has gotten completely out of hand in some areas, and, some of the more vicious dogs weigh over a hundred pounds.

For some time I never gave it much thought and believed I could handle dog attacks bare-handed. I was later confronted and accosted by two very large dogs who wouldn't allow me to pass on a road as I went walking. Suddenly I realized that even if I could handle one of them bare-handed - what if the other one went for my throat? That's the problem when there are more than one dog - while one is keeping you busy the other can lunge for vital points on your body like your throat. No use trying to turn and leave as that could likely cause them to attack, so at that time I grabbed hold of a little snub-nose in my coat. I wasn't even going to give them a chance and I didn't care what anyone thought at the moment. Thankfully, they finally backed off and I never had to draw down on them. On their first lunge I was prepared to destroy both of them instantly. Those dogs did not have any business outside their yards and attacking pedestrians.

The following link describes a particularly gruesome incident where the victim, a man, had finally gotten some help after being bitten and mauled some eight or more times by two large dogs, only to realize he was in his last dying moments as he bled out and made such an exclamation that he was dying. The gunfire to stop the dogs and the first aid by a trained caregiver were still too late. What a pitiful feeling, to know you are dying, but are unable to do anything to stop it.

Be aware of your surroundings and think it through about going places where you cannot stay armed. Even just a tiny, small caliber weapon or tear gas would likely have stopped the attacks before the dogs inflicted serious, fatal injuries. Imagine what a good, small personal defense weapon like a .38 special or .380 auto or 9mm auto could have done to save the victim's life.

The U.S. has become a place where anything can happen at any time. It has become a remnant of Bankster Austerity with gang activity, illegal immigrants etc., etc.. I have long encouraged for people to have a place to go at night and get there by dark.
