I SAY, DO YOU WANTA SERVE ANOTHER PRISON SENTENCE ……….

Not that what I say would be incorporated into the documentary film because films, like many books, are really fictional in their content whereby a degree of truth is inserted to give credibility and then the whole thing is sensationalised because at the end of the day it is all about profits. Not the actual story.

We are fully aware of the Wanta activities and those of Ronald Reagan, and have been instrumental and active in ensuring that the funds Wanta talks about are returned to the Collateral Accounts (Global Debt Facility).

Leo Wanta was a former US Ambassador. I believe it was Ethiopia but I can’t be certain on that unless I check the archives. Ronald Reagan did appoint him as a Special Agent answerable only to Ronald Reagan. However, the actual purpose of the agreement between Ronald Reagan and Leo Wanta was illegal because Ronald Reagan did not hold the Power or Authority to authorise use of Global Debt Facility Assets

Why was it illegal you may ask. Leo Wanta was required to steal some assets of the Global Debt Facility, which he did. Those assets were then used in a special Federal Reserve Trading program to generate funds required to finance and initiate the complete downfall of the U.S.S.R., the “Iron Curtain” and Communism.

The funds generated amounted to over $600 trillion USD which was then used to finance insiders of the Communist Countries of the former Eastern Block and the U.S.S.R. to create insurgency and civil unrest.

As we all know the required results that Ronal Reagan wanted were achieved.

Out of the $600 trillion USD that was available an approximate figure of $550 trillion USD was utilised. The balance remained on various bank accounts around the world.

Leo Wanta claims that according to his “illegal” agreement with Ronald Reagan any balance remaining was to be placed in his charge and used for the benefit of the American people. That balance was approximately $62 trillion USD which was eventually moved from one bank to another and another and another to prevent Wanta from ever getting hold of it. This was because a new Trust had to be established under Foundation Divine before those funds could be legally placed under the new Trust as legal owner, and thus these funds became the legal property of the Global Debt Facility,

I say legal property because the origin of the funds derived from the illegal use of Global Debt Facility Assets and therefore in law any funds that derive from the illegal use of Global Debt Facility Assets belong to the Global Debt Facility, not to Wanta under an illegal agreement executed by Ronald Reagan as then President of the USA.

Let put it in a simple way for Mr and Mrs Average to understand. You have a substantial amount of money on your Bank Account and without you knowing about it, the Bank authorises someone else to use your money in an investment that creates huge rewards for its participants.

Eventually your money is returned to your Bank account and you didn’t even know that it was missing, or used illegally by someone else in the first place. Legally, the use of your money was illegal and therefore in law whatever gains were made by the illegal and unauthorised use of your money are legally yours and certainly do not belong to the person or party who had the illegal use of your money.

That is effectively what happened with Wanta. He was denied access to the remaining funds because they derived from an illegal agreement and therefore legally belonged to the owner of the assets / funds, being the Global Debt Facility.

I can confirm that those remaining funds (Approximately $62 trillion USD) have been returned to the Global Debt Facility under a new Trust and are now held in the relevant banks (off Balance Sheet) and under the name of the Trust for which the International Treasury Controller is the only person to have legal access to said funds.

Gorbachev received $10 billion USD from the total funds generated on Trade, for his cooperation. He thought he was doing the right thing for his then friends America, only to end up being totally disrespected, ostracised and referred to a Political Clown, not as a Statesman as he prefers himself to be considered. He was forced to utilise most of those funds in a Foundation, that has its premises in Russia. Had he not done so, he would have been arrested and charged with fraud. Reagan still had the protection of Diplomatic Immunity and could not be prosecuted.

Wanta has no legal title to such funds other than an illegal Agreement from Ronald Reagan.

As soon as M1 and the Committee of Royal Families and Nations of the World realised what had happened, Ronald Reagan’s TOP SECRET and ABOVE TOP SECRET FILES were declassified so that a full investigation could be undertaken. It was, and that is what led to the sequestration of the remaining funds and returning of same to the global Debt Facility.

Now Wanta is always crying Wolf because he believes he has been hard done by. Sorry Leo Wanta but you will get no sympathy from us. Understand the fact of life that when you commit, whether directly or indirectly a serious criminal act, no attempts to legalise such a criminal act will ever change the initial illegal act. You should have checked first as to whether Ronald Reagan held the Power and was Authorised to commit Global Debt Facility assets to such a venture. No power, No Authority interprets as NOT LEGAL and never could, or ever will be legal.

Now let’s see whether the storytellers want to include the real truth into their documentary film …….. I doubt it because then their profits can be totally forgotten. Only time will tell, but let’s allow the people to understand that such a film is only one side of the story line and it will be sensationalised as much as possible.

If anyone wants to know the truth then talk to the Horse’s mouth not the rear end of the horse.
