Just for clarity, I am the one who used "Area 51", the whistleblower being interviewed in the video, specifically mentioned "nellist test site". The nellis test site area contains area 51, and is on the west side of highway 93, whereas the bundy ranch is on the east side, right before you get to utah.

Area 51 is more easily recognized by people, than nellis test site is, that is why I used it.

The reason the whistle blower thought it was relevant to mention the nellis area, is because of the unique difficulty in accessing the area, which would make it more secure for government use, namely secrecy.

The desire to put a highway through bundy ranch, leads land developers to salivate at the potential property values around the potential highway. This essentially puts a price on the removal of the bundys.
