Question 1 was covered, but you had to listen to the entire podcast to hear it.
Sibel Edmonds, who presently lives in Bend, OR and of course is an FBI whistleblower in relation to 9-11, has been watching this unfold in her state. I believe it is about 58:25 minutes into the interview/podcast when Sibel Edmonds states that there is a bigger cover-up going on by the state side of this and that is that an order was given for officers to shut off their body cams and dash cams for this operation when they are always used in even simple traffic stops. She says that they have insider information this order was given out, a good idea who gave that order, and are working to get documentation of it. And the question should be...who gave that order and WHY?

As far as question 2, it was not really addressed in this podcast.
