I just recorded a lambasting video taking the US Agencies responsible for Tsunami warnings to task for NOT reporting or covering international Tsunami events.

Also, taking the USGS to task for OMITTING crucial earthquake data occurring along the West coast of the United States.

Not covering tsunamis, and literally ignoring earthquakes on the West coast (not reporting them to the public) is a huge scientific no-no.

Data manipulation is a shot through the heart of real science.

If you're into science, this deliberate data omission (obfuscation) should be an outrage.

Since when should we have to rely on CNN or some unknown international agency for tsunami information? Why should we now have to go to a foreign country to get our tsunami information?

Are we paying CNN for reliable current tsunami warnings?

Why do I have to do their job reporting a tsunami to my United States viewers?!

The tsunami warning centers don't even have the M7.9 marked on their maps or websites!?

This is beyond stupid.... it's deliberate ignorance. It's wrong on every level, and would get you fired at any other job in the world. Peoples lives are at stake, and millions of dollars have been given to these agencies to provide international warnings to the United States citizens.

If they can't do it, then we need to find some people who can.
