Suspicious Death - Conflicting Death Reports of Late Actor Pete Duel - VIDEO, Comment & Links

There apparently were differing accounts and/or reports on the death of late actor, Peter Duel, who portrayed Hannibal Heyes in 'Alias Smith and Jones'. Some source(s) have it that, originally, Duel was found in a small car outside the home. Later, more official accounts list him dead inside the house.

It is enough to cause one to wonder if some kind of pre-scripted, pre-arranged deaths and subsequent death reports are planned in advance and sometimes get mixed up. Duel's death certificate, reportedly, had the "homicide" box whited out and the "suicide" box check or crossed, as in this following video.
