Justice Scalia Will Be Remembered as One of the Last Good, Reasonable Justices

America Loses a Great Justice

You can peruse the decisions which Justice Scalia rendered and easily see that he was a reasonable and fair man in his thinking. His decision on Maryland v. King was against law enforcement collecting DNA from detainees, those arrested.

In the case of State of Florida v. Jardines Justice Scalia affirmed that the front porch is part of a home, itself, for 4th Amendment purposes. Case was about whether drug-sniffing dogs could enter without warrant, etc., etc..

Justice Scalia repeatedly defended the rights of motorists from undergoing bully-type car searches, etc..

In a day and age of Godlessness, traitors, libtards, America has lost a patriot, a conservative, a man of God, and a Constitutionalist.....the very things Impostor Obombya despises. What a blow to the more decent remnant of America to lose such an ally.
