I saw February (2)Day (7)=9, 2016 (9)and then add the 9+9 which is 18 or simplified another 9.

999 could this be the end of the chaos and the symbolic bringing in of the NWO/the changing of the guard as it were. That was what I saw.

Just recall 9 to be an ending number and where this thought process came from for me.
