We may have actually got the real answer to this one some time back, but as usual we weren't paying attention.

In science and most related research venues to know how to "ask the right questions" is far more important than always getting an answer.

What would "42" be the answer for?

Dimensions?

Number of GD's or Man?

Or just a 'very important number' by which you could figure out what actually happened.

In other words...if Gd tried 41 times to do something,he got lucky on the 42nd try?

Something like that one.

They estimate the universe we are in has at least 13 dimensions, per 26 dimensional Heterotic string field theory...which needs the full 26 to work right.

Did Gd get a "do-over for man" and is this in the Genesis story?

That story (Life) by the way has "pan-dimensional mice" which run everything (a reference to the Archons...maybe)...anywhoo,

IF you follow a binary progression...2,4,8,16,32,64...1024
dimensions...

computer-like universes might start working around
1024 dimensions (binary tree unfoldings)...

where IF you can get at least 10 dimensions...then using 2 to the 10th power

you get 1024...

if we are using a kind of computing machine..that may happen.

"42" is then short of 64 by 16 + 6, 16 for what is now...

and the full 64 for what was needed earlier...with a "6th
density background" ( hot universe 'Solar realms').

Just some ideas to throw out there.

Even if we have Douglass Adams "big brain" (we are getting closer, the 'singularity computers' will be here by
2030)...to know exactly what question fully answered tell us why man is here.

To help Gd do something?

Let's hope he is not totally frustrated after having tried something 42 times already.
