A spokesman for British Prime Minister David Cameron said today that WikiLeaks founder Assange Zulijani be arrested if he came out of the Embassy of Ecuador, regardless of the decision of the UN Commission.

He said that any decision of the UN Commission, which is considering Assange's appeal will not be legally binding and that the arrest warrant for Assange to be executed if he leaves the embassy, ​​officials said. BBC earlier reported, citing unnamed sources, that the Commission decided in Assange's favor and that the UN will seek his release.

Assange, who has more than three years in the Ecuadorian embassy, ​​said that tomorrow will surrender to British police if UN Commission judgment that he was not illegally detained.

"If tomorrow the UN announcement that I lost a case against the UK and Sweden, will leave at noon from the embassy and accept that British police arrest me because there is no prospect of any further appeal that would be meaningful," said in a statement Assange.
