I checked a Deer Park bottle we have and it does not mention fluoride, so if one believes the following that would be unfluoridated.

If you are looking for a fluoride value, please look at our water quality reports which show information on the fluoride content by specific product.
[But it then goes on to extol the ADA-approved benefits of fluoridation...And please note the wording DOES NOT say the FDA requires it to be labelled as containing fluoride. I don't know if that is the case or not.]
