Two Possibilities:

(1) The Hillary clone was breaking down, and about to short circuit such as we have seen with android TV 'reporters' who's speech patterns suddenly become nonsensical gibberish.

(2) The Hillary was going into 'involuntary shapeshift', which is a breakdown of visual perception projection shield technology that makes a reptilian appear Human, unless the projection shield malfunctions or is turned off.
