I like much of what Anna writes, but I was puzzled by what Zap sent along in the midweek update.
Anna stated the Bill of Rights granted us our rights. WTF?
Our rights existed long before any government or words written on paper to form such.
Just reading the Preamble to The Bill of Rights makes it pretty clear the intentions within The Bill of Rights were to restrict government from infringing on rights which existed before the formation of government.
Such a gross failure on her part to understand something so basic sure makes me wonder.
Do you have any thoughts on the matter?

From other testaments of Anna Von Reitz, I'm sure she is well aware of the above. My opinion would be a statement was made by Von Reitz who has a full understanding of the law, but the statement itself did not provide a clear definition of the law.
