I love coffee and have one or two tall mugs just about every day. However, I have never liked it black (plain). At one time I used to include generous amounts of buttered southern pecan creamer and hazelnut creamer among the added ingredients, but realized that was not the healthiest thing to do. So now, for Tony's deluxe gourmet morning coffee here is what I do:

First I get an unbleached coffee filter and sit a fine wire mesh filter inside it in the coffee maker. Then I fill the coffee maker with pure spring water.

Then I add a rounded scoop of gourmet coffee, often freshly ground from coffee beans.

On top of the ground coffee I add:

*a few drops of pure vanilla extract
*a dusting of cinnamon
*a bit of toasted pecan oil
*a bit of toasted hazelnut oil
*a small dab of butter

When the coffee has finished brewing I get a tall mug and sweeten it with:

*a teaspoon of raw organic honey
*half a teaspoon of coconut sugar
*a teaspoon of sweetened condensed milk (you can make your own healthy version with coconut sugar and goat milk that you simmer until condensed)

And finally, I add raw goat milk until the coffee is the color I like. Oh is it ever good!
