Many of us know of Sting's (sting; he's a Scorpio) interest in Crowley, who once owned a small estate called Boleskine (later owned by Jimmy Page of LedZep) on the shores of Loch Ness--home of the legendary Loch Ness Monster, usually described as a sort of amphibious dinosaur.

So that's what threatens to disrupt the typical suburban morning in the song. It's no stretch to equate "Nessie" with Crowley who assumed the title of "The Great Beast" in Revelations.

Please feel free to interpret Crowley as the Antichrist, or via the Nessie connection , as one of those nefarious Reptilians. That's up to you.

History has had its share of monsters. But their numbers pale before the number of 'prophets' who grossly misinterpreted their messages from the Angels. And the number of said 'prophets' pales before the vast numbers of their followers who perverted an already distorted message for their own ends.
