The strategy can be seen in the purposeful act by maniacal globalist psychopaths of tightening of the NATO noose around Russia, the Mid East, and China, - while doing everything in their power to provoke destabilization and open conflict in any region they wish to conquer.

The predator terrorist strategy is to push, push, push, and provoke, provoke, provoke, until the abused party reacts - and then to blame the parties they purposely provoked for 'initiating conflict' - when open conflict is the EXACT GOAL of the predator terrorist state to begin with.

It is the classic Gladio B strategy of Problem-Reaction-Solution.

The strategy of Human Beings then, must be wiser than the predator terrorist serpents.
