I strongly suspect that Putin has something on the Obama administration and is using it to force the US to make these incredible "about faces".
There has been speculation that Putin can prove Obama is not a US citizen, that 911 was an inside job, that he will release the truth about ETs, or maybe he has proof of what happened to the downed Russian passenger plane and/or the shooting down of Russian fighter jet.
Maybe he knows the US government cannot sustain its planned military adventures because it is bankrupt.
Maybe its all of these or maybe its something else I haven't thought of but I get the feeling that Putin is playing poker with the US and he just called their bluff and the US had to fold!

That rabid rabbit hole is many levels deep, but on the Mr Obvious Level One of the rabid rabbit hole, Putin and Kerry both know who the real aggressor/predator nation is - and it's not Russia.

Another advantage that Putin has over the US, is technology which can completely disable the best of the best NATO weaponry - such as leaving a US Navy aircraft carrier as a defenseless, drifting zoo, full of predatory terrorist morons who have no clue what just happened, because nothing works, and there is nothing they can do to make it work.
